UEHOA Board Meeting – January 26, 2018
Members Present: Kelly White, Chris Kacir, Pete Couladis, Mary Haines, Charity Wilhelm, Reginald Morris
- Entrance Lighting – Pete went to AEP and received a phone number to call regarding the lighting. He searched through previous bills and isn’t certain of an account number for the billing information. Charity will call John Wharton to determine the account number.
- Contact City –
- Pete will call the city regarding:
- Lining the Blvd. with white and yellow lines.
- Do not enter or wrong way signs on Blvd. from apartments and/or a yield sign like the one they placed going into Jason Reed’s office.
- Treasurer’s Report – Treasurer gave the report.
- Landscaping – Greenleaf landscapingwill maintain the landscaping, in addition, they will mow for free in exchange for a sign posted. Agreed to be paid quarterly.
- Zaki Update – No update or news from attorneys.
- Homeowner’s Dues – February 1stall assessments are due. During the 30-day grace period after, Reginald will contact homeowners by phone or email. If homeowners are not paying, he will ask if there are issues or concerns regarding the association and/or rules.
- Pete’s Position on the Board – The Board discussed current membership.
- New Homeowner Gifts – Create a package and deliver to new homeowners during move-in period.
- Neighborhood Directory – Send as a PDF in an email or add it to the website. If added to the website a password on the website would be required.
