- Reginald to write up invoice and letter with assessment and due date for all lot owners
- To be mailed by December 15th
- $125/year – due within 30 days of receipt
- Include a letter describing the HOA, board and budget items
- Landscaping contract: approved unanimously
- Approval to negotiate with Greenleaf (primary) or Lawnmasters (alternate)
- Information item regarding Wade Hansen and First Choice Homes complaint
- Hansen wants the board to be all new people
- Hansen wants all liens removed
- First Choice’s attorney has been contacting homeowners
- The Board empowered attorney, David Mott, to meet with Hansen’s attorney
- Board president and treasurer were empowered to meet and speak with homeowner, Zaki
- Schedule January 2018 meeting – Friday, January 26that 3:00 PM, meetings to be 4thFriday of the month at 3 PM at the Falls Clubhouse. If no agenda items, meeting will be cancelled one week ahead of time.
