Neighbors,
As members of the HOA we wanted to let you know of a couple changes going on.
- John Wharton has stepped down and is no longer a board member. We now would like to extend the invite to all of you and see who would like to volunteer themselves to serve on our board. We want to make our community one of the best neighborhoods to live in Athens. We need to know who is interested to volunteer for a board position no later than Friday August 4th.
- We would like to update our records to have the most recent emails and phone numbers for every neighbor. Since there has been so many move ins and outs this summer, could you please fill out the below form and email image to [email protected]or text image to Kelly White at 434-284-3066 or even mail to P.O. Box 582 Athens, OH 45701 we would greatly appreciate it!
Lastly, we would like to welcome our newest neighbors who have moved in and we look forward to meeting you if we haven’t already! Also for your knowledge we do have a website if you have not already seen it https://www.uehoa.organd we are in the process of making a Facebook page so we can be more transparent and visible to potential buyers as well as current home owners.
