University Estates Homeowners Association Board Meeting 4-21-17
Members present: John Wharton, Chris Kacir, Rob, Joe Lalley, Pete Couladis, Rob Peterson, Jeff Peterson
- Treasurer’s report was sent via email.
- Dues – need to be paid by May 15th. Email letter to be sent with due date.
- Attorney to be determined at later date
- When the road repairs were assessed, certain lots in Phase 2 were not included. UEHOA is pursuing restructuring of the assessment. This should reduce most homeowners assessed costs.
- John Wharton moved to adopt the three emailed suggestions (below), motion was approved unanimously.
- Tree removal – amendment suggested to add language regarding disposal of removed trees
- Poured concrete walls
- Dimensional shingles
- The placement of liens on property owners who were delinquent in dues was discussed
- Joe Lalley reported that his will be moving from the area. UEHOA will need a new treasurer.
