The board of directors approved a $100 per lot assessment for the 2017 fiscal year at the board meeting held January 22, 2017. Attached to the paper copy of this letter you have received via US Mail are invoices(s) for your 2017 University Estates Home Owners Association dues which are now due. We checked ownership for each lot on the Athens County Auditor websiteas of February 5, 2017. Please let us know if you find any errors or have corrections.
The association has a new website which has been constructed at www.uehoa.org where we have information about the association including the 2017 budget approved on January 22, 2017. There is also a link to the Legal Analysis Regarding the Association’s Validity. University Estates Homeowners Association that several of you have requested at the special UEHOA Special Meeting on December 4, 2016.
