UEHOA Board Meeting – July 20, 2018

Members Present: Kelly White, Reginald Morris, Jason Reed, Pete Colaudis, Charity Wilhelm

  1. Attorney:
    1. Conflict of interest with current attorney.
    2. Reginald is contacting attorney’s to take over.
    3. Should the Board ever be sued, there is a $5,000 deductible for insurance purposes. If this would ever happen, then there would need to be a special assessment within the association.
  2. Larry’s Ice Cream Truck Social
    1. $100 minimum
    2. 7-8 pm on August 29th

    1. Looks good
    2. Asking city to paint stop sign lines
